Information regarding my commissions!

If you're interested in commissioning me...Please read all details on this page if you're interested in commissioning me!! I have very detailed guides on how much the pricing for your commission will cost depending on your preferences, and or what style of commission you're looking for.I recently started offering cel shading as my main form of rendering for a commission, but my old "painterly" style can still be purchased at a higher price.
...This is for my own convenience as the "painterly" style took alot more time, and effort, and I felt as though I was not charging nearly enough for the amount of work it took!About my brushes: Id like to note that you can request me to use certain brushes in your commission that i've used in other works. Feel free to request specific brushes to be used.

I also allow deadlines, but I will charge extra in the case of them depending on how urgent they are! The amount will be determined by me and has no flat rate, but can be around $35.00 - $90.00 extra.

By ordering a commission from me you acknowledge that you accept all of the terms presented to you regarding my commissions.

Additional Fees or Charges May Apply If...

Additional Characters

80% + Base Price

If you would like to add another (or more) character(s) to your commission this will be more labor for me and thus a fee will be applied. This fee only applies if both characters are within the same artwork (for example, two characters hugging) and not if you ordered two separate commissions of two separate characters.The fee would be 80% + the base price of the commission. For example if you bought a Bust, Lines only which has a base price of $15.00, this will be 80% more, which will be $12.00 more. So the end price will be $27.00.

Additional Props

0% to 80% + Base Price

Props can also equate to more labor though it HIGHLY depends on the size and complexity of the prop. For example something small like a pencil or a pen will cost nothing extra, but something like an instrument like a cello, which is very complicated for me to draw.The fee can be anywhere from 0% to 80% + the base price of the commission. If you were to, get, lets say that cello, this would be maybe around 70%. If you got a full with lines only that has a base price of $45.00 the cello may cost you $31.50 extra.

Complexity Fee

0% (or higher) + Base Price

Some characters are very complex for me to draw, like characters with alot of small details, complicated outfits, armor, robots, etc which might be very labor intusive and might end up costing more. I will discuss this with the commissioner to see if you would like me to change things around such as an outfit to a more casual one to avoid this fee, otherwise, it will cost extra.The fee can be any % I decide on + the base price of the commission. The same equation as before. For example, If I were to make the fee 40% and you have ordered a full body with lines, which has a base of $45.00; It may cost you up to $18.00 extra.

Modification Fee

20% + Base Price

Im quite lenient when it comes to modifying the work though if its only small things, then this doesn't apply to you. However, If I am frequently asked to change very large details of the commission I may start charging +20% each time a large change is made. Please keep in mind if you only need a couple of large changes then I wont mind, but once it gets past three, then the fee will apply.Please keep in mind again it will be +20% every 3rd, 4th, 5th etc major change is applied to the artwork. So if you start out at $15.00, and ask for 4 more major changes, it might roll out to be $27.00

Background Pricing

Currently I am experimenting with adding backgrounds to commissions. While I'm still practicing at adding scenery to commissions I don't exactly have a set price for them as I'm not sure how I price them.However, It is an option that you can ask for! And I will determine how much I feel it should cost personally; though i'm not going to be very extravagent with my pricing because I don't really know what i'm doing in the end when it comes to the matter.Depending on the subject matter it could be anywhere from around a $20 to $120 increase, but it highly depends on the subject matter and it could be more or less, but this is somewhat the range i've been charging.

Intro/Queue priorities

Hello! This is where you will find detailed information regarding my time frames and my queue and how it works. To view my queue, click here.When it comes to priorities of my commissions, art trades, requests, non-monetary commissions, the order of priority from highest to lowest is listed as:

  1. Commissions With Deadlines

  2. Commissions

  3. Non-Monetary Commissions

Pre-paid commissions will not take priority over others, and you will still be worked through the list per usual as I do not typically accept pre-paid payment unless a client cannot pay any other way, and this will not be used to make an exception for any one person.The only scenario in which you would be an exception, is if you have a deadline and can pay a deadline fee, which has no flat rate but can be around $35.00 ~ $90.00 extra depending on how close of a deadline it is, if it will need to be worked on during my non-working-hours, the size of the commission, etc.

Work Days / Time Frames

The days I typically work on commissions are Wednesday (occasionally), Thursday or Friday. Though this is not a guarantee, as I also have a part time job and work night shifts, so sometimes it is hard to find time to work on queue. Due to my wake times being typically past noon and all the way through the nights, I am unavailable around 6:00 A.M. EST to 4:30 P.M. EST on days I do not work, and on days I work I am unavailable from 9:00 P.M. EST - 4:30 P.M. EST. Though my schedule is not consistent, so this time frame can occassionally vary.Due to my work schedule this can often take a single commission up to a week to complete. It could also take longer depending on other factors. Keep this in mind, for each queue entry, it can take a week to clear that out; so if you’re 5th in my queue, it could take 5 weeks to get to your commission.If I for whatever reason express that I need a break I require that people respect my decision to do so. I am disabled and I suffer with chronic pain every day, sometimes I am having bad days and I am unable to focus on anything much less work or a commission. Please understand I cannot control when I am struggling, and sometimes I need time off because of my disabilities.

Refunds

Regarding my refunds, I do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  1. You did not like the commission

  2. You request a refund because you have personal expenses you need to tend to (this is not my problem, and it is on you if you are lacking funds for any personal expenses after ordering a commission from me.)

  3. You are unhappy with how long it took to complete your commission if the time the commission was completed is WITHIN 1 year.

  4. You request a refund without reason, I will assume this as an attempt to scam me.

I will offer refunds for the following reasons:

  1. If I have not completed the commission AFTER 1 year.

  2. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.

  3. I will reserve the right to personally refund your commission for any reason I see fit otherwise.

By ordering a commission from me, you acknowledge that you accept my terms and you are comfortable with them.

I do not currently have many customs available where I use a base. Though you may see the ones available by clicking the link! This option should generally be more affordable.

All customs have the option to be clothed and unclothed. This is, again optional and depending on the specifics it can cost more. However if the nude body of the custom is not particularly detailed (i.e. an unscarred human) it will not cost me any extra to remove the clothes as I already usually draw a character's naked body then add the clothes on after as a part of my process, though if the character is complex it will still cost extra of course and if I am meant to draw both clothing and complex markings on the body this will indeed raise the price.Clothing does not cost extra unless its extremely complicated, depending on the design, complicated fur can cost more as well though it's unlikely I would charge more for fur pattern. Once again if there is an alternative version included with/without clothes, and the skin/fur is very complicated and I will be made to draw clothes on top, I will consider this complexity and charge more.Additionally I am comfortable making NSFW versions as well which can cost a bit more too. If the reference includes artistic nudity (non-sexual content i.e. flaccid male genitalia, non-aroused female genitalia) then it will not cost extra, but if the content includes sexual material it will cost +$50.00 per my nsfw terms and conditions.Other versions of the custom such as an alternative form can cost up to double or even more. It depends alot on the design of the alternative form, for example if I were to design you a werewolf character and also include a version where it has either the human form or the werewolf form, and the anatomy requires me to draw an entirely new body for the character with completely different features this will make the custom now cost $400.00 as I am basically drawing an entirely new character.
However, if the alternative form is just some simple changes, like a "demonic form" for example where it just adds horns, wings and black eyes or something, it will only cost something like $30.00 extra.Please keep this all in mind before ordering your custom!

this can cost anywhere from $10.00 to $100.00, it depends on how big and detailed the tattoo is.I refuse to copy the work of pre-existing tattoo artists' designs. I allow submitting pre existing designs as a REFERENCE, but I will make strides to change it so that it is mostly original, out of respect for the tattooer who designed the tattoo. Or I can make one entirely new with the description provided.

For every NSFW piece I charge +$50.00 to produce it. This price will not change and will be a flat rate.Whenever it comes pricing for specific content, it will cost the same as my regular commissions. For example if you want two characters cel shaded, it will be the normal rate of $95 + 80%.There are certain things that I personally qualify as NSFW that will warrent this fee, such as:

  1. nonsexual fetish material

  2. sexual fetish material

  3. censored pornography, censored BDSM

  4. art depicting hard penises or aroused vaginas, even if the material itself is not inheritely sexual

  5. references that focus largely on genitalia even if the content is not sexual. if you are confused about what I qualify as such, reach out to me.
